Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kuwaitat Hub Men Salon - L.L.C - S.P.C (trade licence CN-6115201) does with personal data when you book an appointment, message us, or use this website.

What we collect

• Booking details — your name, mobile number, the service you chose, and the date and time you requested.
• Messages — the content of WhatsApp, telephone or email exchanges about your appointment.
• Payment records — the amount, date and outcome of a deposit. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never seen or stored by the salon.
• Service notes — where you tell us something relevant to your treatment, such as an allergy or a colour formula, so we can repeat or avoid it next time.

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not profile visitors.

Why we hold it

To confirm and deliver the appointment you asked for, to send you the confirmation, reminder and any change of time, to take and reconcile the deposit, to keep the accounting and tax records UAE law requires of us, and to serve you properly on a return visit.

WhatsApp

We use WhatsApp to confirm bookings, send payment links and send reminders. Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which means Meta processes them under its own terms. If you would rather we did not contact you on WhatsApp, tell us and we will use telephone or email instead. You can stop appointment messages at any time by replying STOP.

Payments

Deposits are handled by a licensed payment provider. You enter your card details on their secure page, not ours. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, together with the amount and a reference.

Who else sees your data

Only the salon's own staff, and the service providers that make the booking work — our website host, our messaging provider and our payment provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and service records are kept while you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial records are kept for the period required by UAE tax law. When a record is no longer needed it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@kuwaitathubsalon.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

We provide services to children accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any data about a child is given to us by that adult and is used only for the appointment.
