3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee
• No-show: Full service fee

3.3 Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (UAE Dirham)
• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Mobile payment applications
• Bank transfers (for advance bookings)

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website and at our salon location.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally not available for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with our management team immediately.

5.2 Health and Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff:

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm
• All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or violation of these Terms.
